FBIans Soar as Medalists in IUCEL 2021

FBI has once again proven that it is in the same league as other faculties of other public and international universities when two of its members became the medalists at the International University Carnival on e-Learning 2021. 

FBI's Dr Nur Hafezah Hussein and Nor Hanim Mustafa won a gold medal in the IUCEL's Invention, Innovation and Design on e-Learning (IIDEL) in which she presented her innovation entitled Play and Change: Meaningful English Language Learning Through IFRAMES Minecraft.

On the other hand, Dr Ahmad Abdul Rahman also won a gold medal for his innovation entitled ARabic-KAFA: The Development of Augmented Reality Application for Learning KAFA Arabic Vocabulary.

FBI's achievement didn't stop there as another staff, Ms Lena Ramamurthy successfully brought back two silver medals for her two innovations, M-Learning: Using Telegram to Engage and Gamify ESP Learning, Telegram: Survivor Escapism for Low-Bandwidth Learners.

IUCEL 2021 is the continuity of the National University on e-Learning (NUCEL) held in 2014 and 2015.

This year, roughly 200 innovations and learning innovations products were demonstrated and contested at the event by local and international education institutions involving Augmented Reality programme, MOOC, courseware, Hologram, Web 2.0, Mobile Apps, Portal, Gamification and Holographic among others.
